We really don’t have long to go now, so here is one file containing the NOR, Entry Form and the finalized schedule (as of 1 June).  Although there are still some details to be looked after, we are “good to go”.  Now, all we need is the get those non-committed sailors making some decisions. 

I trust that everyone understands that there are 5 days of events but each stands on their own.  People are not obligated to be here five days, but it definitely is a unique opportunity for a variety of events.  Of course, the 2008 Canadian Championship Series on 28/29 June is the highlight of the weekend so we anticipate that this will be when the most Ws are here competing.

For those interested in registering early, the form can be printed on 8.5” x 14” paper and mailed to us with a cheque.  Otherwise, people can get a pre-printed one when they get here.  Obviously, pre-registration helps us with the cash flow and to be able to confirm participants.  However, if people can let us know ahead of time, so much the better, even if not registering ahead of time. 

Of course, I can’t reach everyone, so I hope the web site will help fill the gaps.  Al, I would appreciate it if you could post this on the promo site...  For those 15 or so Ws who have already let us know – thank you ...
