Also going in style will be Uncle Al who will be sailing Dan Hockenberry's flawlessly maintained white Rebel 4180 Impact,
that you can see above on the dry mooring next to the Sunfish.

And Al has further lucked in by getting local Buccaneer ace, Larry Schmida, as crew.

Mike unpacks under the careful scrutiny of his son, Robin (4), and yet another new W, John Hopson, whose mast still needs a gooseneck, but who has decided to come in from Muskegon, and have a look at some other Wayfarers. John was only able to stay for about half a day this time but did send us a dozen or so pictures that have been gratefully incorporated into this report. This picture, alas, does not do justice to John's amazingly crafted beard that I never did get my intended close-up of. You can see the beard better at John's web site which shows an amazing collection items (largely for the home) that John makes for people. I love his slogan: If You Can Dream It, I Can Make It!
