Perched high up on the rocks, Mason's camp has a breathtaking view, both inside and ...

Wow!!!

Our host was relaxing until we arrived - a bit early. Sorry, Mason!
...

But the drinks and snacks were ready so we sat down and helped Mason relax.

I believe that baby pictures were being admired here.

An article in the Sault Star noted that the famous Arnold Palmer had been seen in the Hilton Beach area, an article that was highlighted by an excellent Jake Cormier photo of a beaming Arnold Palmer cruising along in a motor boat.

A fine spot in which to talk sailing!

Soon a variety of yummy dishes made their appearance and we all ate our delicious fill. I myself especially remember being encouraged to have a second and then a third helping of delicious pie. I got a funny look when I asked what it was. "Have you never had Key Lime pie?" I was asked. Wow! Key Lime pie! I'd seen it advertised everywhere in the Florida Keys and read about people enjoying it in dozens of books, but had never bothered to have any. Well, next time I will definitely jump at the chance to have a piece or three!

A lovely sunset

The sunset beauty continues but note the wind on the water as a very windy cold front begins to blow through.
