Rules for Storer Trophy competition in 2024

Event Eligibility:  Any open (as opposed to intra-club) North America based regatta or distance race can be counted towards a helm’s Storer score. Winner must have sailed at least one event in each of the U.S. and  Canada.

Helm Eligibility: Any helm who sails a Wayfarer or CL16 in at least one eligible event will be scored.

Points: A helm will score one point for entering the event plus one point for each boat beaten in the final standings. 

Scoring: A helm's six most productive finish positions will be counted and added up. Highest total wins.

Awards to be given to the year's top 5 finishers at the Canadian Wayfarer Association Awards dinner (or the Midwinters).
