Bill and Margie cruise on by as we prepare SHADES for comfortable and efficient upwind work.

Eager to beat the rain that seemed imminent, Gilles and Al (r) "raced" back to Hermit Island. After being the last to start from Elm Island, Gilles showed a fine touch at the helm as he sailed us home to what in racing circles would be called a horizon job.

A nice easy reach back up the Branch: When the shore blocked our wind, the incoming tide kept us moving.

Another night of mooring out coming up for Dick (l) and Andr�. The trick of course, was to drop your crew off first
to minimize the number of trips that needed to be made by our canoe ferry.

Getting securely moored for what may well be a dirty night! By the time I (black toque) was showered, it had begun to rain, and there were no immediate takers for my offer of a ride into Bath for pizza. Starved after no lunch, I rushed off alone and had a fine pizza as the epic downpour began.
